Asbestos Surveying & Sampling
It is essential practically as well Statutorily, that all buildings built pre-2000 have an asbestos management survey in place. To supplement that, if any work is to be undertaken on a building then it is essential to know what asbestos is present within a building structure – this also enables an Asbestos Register to be populated.
This work then catalyses the necessity for a Refurbishment and Demolition survey, which must be completed before any work is started. Our asbestos surveyors are all fully qualified, very experienced and highly skilled, undergo regular training and follow all recommended Health & Safety protocols, enabling us to safely deliver Management, Demolition, Refurbishment and Re-inspection Surveys (Condition Surveys).

Asbestos Air Monitoring
Asbestos Fibre Air Monitoring is carried out in order to detect the level of asbestos fibre in the atmosphere. Asbestos Fibre Air Monitoring will assess the concentration of airborne asbestos fibre levels that have been created as a result of the removal or remediation process, to ensure that asbestos levels are of a safe limit.
We can organise Four - stage Clearances, Reassurance Air Testing, Backgrounds, Leaks and Personal Monitoring.
